National Hardo Garlic Bread
  • 4 slices national hardough bread (cut on a diagonal)
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
  • Black pepper TT
Preparation Method

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

  1. Place sliced bread in a mixing bowl
  2. Drizzle the olive oil generously and evenly over bread
  3. Add all other ingredients and stir evenly
  4. Grease a medium sized baking sheet
  5. Place seasoned bread on the baking sheet topping with any remaining ingredients still left in the bowl
  6. Place in preheated oven and bake for 15 mins
  7. Carefully remove from the oven and plate garnish with chopped parsley and Parmesan cheese Serve immediately
