How do I choose A Taste of Jamaica bundle?
Our standard bundles are all listed on our shop for you to review and choose from. Simply add it to your cart and check out to receive your bundle.

Can I create my Taste of Jamaica own bundle?
If you want to mix and match your favourite snacks you can do that too! Simply add the items you want to your cart to build your own bundle. Standard bundles can also be purchased along with any additional items that you’d like, however this may be shipped in a separate package. Please also note that large orders will be separated which may result in additional shipping charges.

How many items do I get in a bundle?
Our standard bundles vary and are listed on our shop. If you’d like to add other items to your cart…go crazy! However we do have a limit on the amount you can spend with us, so maybe don’t go too crazy. See below for more information on our order limits.

Why is there a maximum spend and weight limit?
We know it’s so much easier to buy in bulk because it lasts longer, it’s more affordable and there’s more to share! However, it’s important that a limit is placed on orders so that we can adequately manage our inventory and ensure that all our customers are satisfied. Currently our order limit is $200 (USD). Typically we reserve large orders for our wholesale customers who are interested in purchasing for resale. If you’re interested in opening a wholesale account with us, click here.

Where do you currently ship to?
We deliver to the 48 contiguous states of America. Unfortunately, we do not yet accommodate shipping outside of the U.S.A. Domestic shipping to the continental U.S. is handled by the United States Postal Service or UPS.

When will my Taste of Jamaica bundle arrive?
Orders placed after 3 PM (EST) will typically be processed the following day. However, please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be processed. A Taste of Jamaica only ships on business days. Holidays and weekends are not business days. Please visit to see a complete list of observed holidays.

Standard packages will typically arrive within 8-10 business days. Although they are not guaranteed to arrive by the expected date, it is uncommon for packages to arrive past the expected delivery date. If you are experiencing unexpected delays, please contact us at

Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the 48 Contiguous United States.

Do you offer returns?

We aim to provide high-quality products every time, but we can experience the off day. The best way to guarantee a great experience is to review our guidelines and keep them in mind when placing orders. 

Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept physical returns. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. If you have an issue that isn’t covered below, please reach out to our team at and we’ll help work through a solution.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that crackers are fragile and some breakage may occur with transportation, but if it is an unreasonable amount, we want to know.

Refunds and/or Replacements

We will notify you once we’ve received your request, and let you know if the refund or replacements are approved. If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
