Jamaican BBQ Jerk Ribs

Planning a cookout? Then you need this on the menu. Give your ribs a powerful punch of Jamaican Jerk seasoning for a fragrant, fiery and smoky flavor. A plate of these steaming, sticky ribs are so finger lickin’ good, we'll have you going back for more every time. Try to remember to share!

 2 Racks Baby Back Ribs
 1 cup Brown Sugar
 ¼ cup + 2 tsp Paprika
 3 tbsp Eaton’s Dry Jerk RubCan use mild or hot
 1 ½ cups Ketchup
 ½ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
 3 tbsp Mustard


Combine 1 cup brown sugar with ½ cup paprika and Eaton’s Dry Jerk Rub


Remove silver skin from ribs and rub all over with dry rub. Let marinate for 4-24 hours.


Combine remaining brown sugar and paprika, ketchup, vinegar, worcestershire, mustard and Spur Tree Jerk Seasoning. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes.


Preheat grill to 300 degrees fahrenheit, clean and oil grill grates. Pour half of the bbq sauce into the bottom of an aluminum pan, add the ribs and cover with aluminum foil.


Add pan to grill and cook until ribs reach an internal temp of 145 degrees fahrenheit. Remove ribs from pan and add directly to grill. Basting every few minutes, for an additional 10-15 minutes.
